Maria & Noah’s Dreamy Lakeside Wedding

Maria and Noah’s wedding day at Cherokee Dock featured a lakeside ceremony and reception in our Lakeview Event Center complete with blue details, greenery, and a string light canopy. 

Maria was a vision in a princess-style gown with a lace bodice and all-white bouquet of roses, while her bridesmaids wore the prettiest shades of soft blue in different chiffon dresses. Noah and his groomsmen wore navy suits with coordinating blue ties. 

The couple held their ceremony on our Lakeside Lawn with abundant white and soft pink florals lining the aisle leading to a dark wood hexagonal ceremony arch with stunning lakeside views behind. Instead of traditional flower girls, Maria and Noah included a bit of fun and let two guy friends steal the show as their flower dudes. Dressed in matching blue-gray suits with floral ties and iridescent fanny packs full of flower petals, the flower dudes definitely got the guests ready to celebrate! More petals were thrown as the newlyweds left their ceremony during the recessional.

Once the “I dos” were said, guests moved to the Lakeview Event Center where they were welcomed into the dreamiest reception. Complete with a string light canopy, soft pink draping, and beautiful hanging greenery installations, it was an absolute showstopper! The tables were set with bright white flower centerpieces, blue floral napkins, and the most beautiful blue stoneware plates. More blue details were incorporated throughout the room, like pale blue taper candles and matching table runners. They also had a fun greenery backdrop wall with a custom neon sign in pink that read, “It was always you.”

After a night of dinner and dancing to celebrate, Maria and Noah ended the evening watching fireworks over the lake!
