The sprawling area can accommodate various layouts for both seated and standing events with the stunning mansion and poolside promenade situated opposite of the lakefront view.
The Conservatory
With soaring glass walls and an open-air feel, The Conservatory at Cherokee Dock is a stunning backdrop for ceremonies and receptions alike. Perched on the west side of the property, it frames golden-hour light and sweeping views of the Cumberland River in a way that feels completely effortless. Opening Spring 2027.

Located beneath the Stable Loft in the Carriage House, the Stables offer a cozy and intimate setting for an unforgettable rehearsal dinner, a cocktail mixer for an executive retreat, or even a small wedding reception.

A large guitar-shaped pool with a hot tub surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens. With Sonos speakers, lounge chairs, and a fire pit, it’s the perfect place to relax. The accompanying pool house includes bathrooms, a swimsuit dryer, and a climate-controlled bar and lounge area.
